What’s involved in the consultation
The consultation is exactly what you would expect to receive from any other professional that is concerned with your health and well being. You will sit down with a senior member of the team, who will go through exactly what you are looking for, the timescales you are working to, and any areas or issues that you wish us to work on together.
Depending on your specific needs, we will either be able to give you a suggested plan of action there and then, or if we need to, we will arrange a second meeting with the Director of fitness. He personally oversees the bespoke design of all programmes, nutritional & dietary requirements, and ensures that you achieve your goals. Equally if we feel that what we offer is not right for you, we will advise you on alternative solutions.
After you have had your consultation, you will will be presented with your individual plan, and the Pure Results ultimate guide to fitness, nutrition, health and wellness.
