I have truly put my body through its paces for my career! I have been every shape possible from fat, to skinny, to ripped, to gigantic – and thrown myself into the deep end with a variety of sports, activities and lifting challenges. Having had a previous successful corporate career, coupled with a variety of family commitments, I am fully aware the challenges that face busy people. As someone without the best genetics, I have tested hundreds of routines, diet plans, supplements and treatments on myself, coupled with delivering over 10,000 hours of personal training – I know what works…and what doesn’t!
My job is to ensure everyone that comes through the door achieves results, that is my 100% focus. I believe in scientifically proven, tested exercise and nutrition plans, no gimmicks, no nonsense and above all complete honesty – hence the Pure Results system. I oversee all programmes, ensuring you achieve nothing but, you’ve guessed it, Pure Results.
Personally I am obsessed with learning about the world via an ever expanding book collection, jet skis, steaks and squats.

Going from an extremely shy child with confidence issues – to performing on stage infront of over 12,000 people – I am aware first hand the effect that exercise and nutrition can have not only on the body, but on the mind. Due to the stresses and strains I have put my body through, I have created a variety of plans and systems that work, especially when you are stressed. I love working with people who maybe don’t yet have the confidence in their ability (or are new) to exercise, have body image issues, or those coming back from an injury. I also have a fondness for people who want to truly test their fitness limits!
Day to day I look after Pure Results, review your programme, ensure your sessions are booked in with the relevant trainer – and basically ensure you get everything you need to make your time with us a complete success.
Personally I have been lucky enough to tour the world as a professional Irish dancer with Michael Flatleys Lord of the Dance, realised as a grown woman I still love Harry Potter, and my clients have also found that I can be bribed with sweets….
‘You can’ is what I believe in as a coach, there has been many times where I have to think to myself ‘you can’ and this is what I strive to help all my clients believe. Sometimes its tough to have that level self-belief but it’s a great trait and will help you on your way to achieving your goals.
I competed in athletics and rugby at a high level from a young age, I then suffered a serious injury to my leg, trained myself back to full recovery and that is what influenced me into my career now. Helping people understand their body, how it works, how nutrition affects them and to reach their desired targets and goals. I now compete in weightlifting and cross fit, I have won various competitions but always pushing to exceed what I ever thought was possible. I take this same mindset into training my clients, helping them achieve results they thought were unachievable.

Going to the gym and performing physical exercise is more than just losing a few pounds, gaining a great physique, getting a sweat on… or whatever the latest trend in the fitness industry is to me. Investing in your own health has always been my main drive, understanding how your body works, understanding that we are all individual and most importantly enjoying being ‘fit’ and healthy.
Throughout further education I found my passion for helping people 1 to 1 in gyms and health clubs. I put my all into helping people achieve their personal goals and become more confident, whether that’s in weight loss, physical performance or just living a healthier lifestyle. Graduating in Sports Conditioning and Rehabilitation in Cardiff allowed me to understand in greater depth how to help people physically and mentally break their personal barriers and make the right steps towards maintaining their progress.
I have worked with clients who have never stepped foot in a gym before to professional athletes in a variety of sports and find that mindset and consistency is the vital factor over anything else.
