What Is Pure 40?


Pure 40 sessions are a high intensity based class lasting 40 minutes only, designed to give you that full body workout you’re looking for. Workouts will include a variety of training methods and styles using kettlebells, dumbells, barbells, ropes, slam balls and of course and most importantly your own body.

Why Pure 40?


We keep classes to a maximum of 10 as we want to give you the best experience possible featuring our exceptional coaches and give group training more of a personal feel.
To help keep you motivated we will track your body statistics – (weight, lean mass % and body fat %) so you can see your improvement week to week from the effort you have put in!
